Dear Syam,
1. Along with Certain Checks in Material Master , in QM view you have to perform Inspection Setup too.
You alternatively try the following:-
in the PO Where to Tab, change the Assignment from Unrestricted use to Qulity inspection. once you GR the stock will land in QM Stock.. you can perform Transfer posting to Unrestricted use stock later on.
2. It is possible through only user exit / enhancement.
No option in standard system.You can check this exit LMR1M001
