There is one step missing i guess

You need to do the following:

1) We have created a Web Intelligence Report on Universe.

1 a) scheduled the report for every day.

2) We have gone to Live office imported the Web Intelligence Report.

3) We have created the Dashboard by importing Live Office spreadsheet.

4) We have selected object properties/refresh option to select the latest instance.

Taha] You need to "Save as new to repository" from your live office ribbon

Taha] you need to "import from platform"  in your SAP BO Dashboard Designer

Taha] this way you established a connection between your dashboard and the Excel file with life office connection stored on the server rather than the internal one. note that we need to do this because both dashboard and excel should be stored on the repository and also linked together.

Taha] now you need to opend Data|Connection... from SAP Dashboard Designer and add new live office connection. file the URL server and refresh before open.

5) But when we try to view the dashboard in BI launch pad we are not able to see the updates and its showing the report output what we saved at time of creating dashboard. I mean its not taking latest instance or not dynamically updating

6) refresh on open in live office connection properties also Checked.

I hope that this can fix the problem...
